  Went to Nothingness because of the comments here and elsewhere that they could create gluten free dishes. After having two different staffers say they couldn't (one whom thought we wanted dishes without flowers), someone from the kitchen came out and we told them. They said there were dishes without flour, but only pork dishes. When asked if they were wheat free, the answer was not clear.
  
  We ended up walking out. Learn from our terrible experience: Don't go here for gluten free dishes.
